Wherever you're staying, Melia Dunas, Melia Llana or Melia Tortuga, your wellbeing is looked after every hour of your stay. Our Medical Services team is based on-site at Dunas Beach Resort, bringing genuine European healthcare standards to Cape Verde, delivered with care, warmth and discretion.

Every member of our medical team is fully qualified in Europe and speaks fluent English, available around the clock, every day of the week. Whether you'd prefer to visit our on-resort clinic or have a doctor come to you, we're happy to arrange whatever feels most comfortable, including a visit to the privacy of your own room.

From everyday concerns to genuine emergencies, we're equipped to help, with follow-up care built into everything we do. We're also proud to operate the only private ambulance service on Sal Island, so support is always close at hand.
