The Lagoon has two hotels that cater for families and adults, and one exclusive adults-only hotel. Below, you’ll find dedicated sections for each hotel, where you can explore the most common questions being asked regarding amenities, bookings, dining, and more.

Bus to Santa Maria
There is a free Shuttle to Santa Maria: Pick-up from Dunas, Llana, Laguna & Tortuga reception at 10:00 and 11:00 in the morning, and at 16:00 in the afternoon there is a return bus from Santa Maria to bring you back to the resort.
Beach / Pool towels
Towel cards are given out at check-in, please return at check- out. Failure to return beach towels will incur in the charge of 20€ per towel.
Pool towels are to be picked up at Sal pool and Brava pool area, from 10:00 – 18:00, with the towel card.

Dogs
Unfortunately dogs are not allowed on the resorts
Are all hotels adult only?
Tortuga & Dunas are family resorts, whereas Llana is Adult only.
What does All inclusive mean?
Buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner. 1 visit to the à la carte restaurants included per week. Snacks at set times. Select local alcoholic and soft drinks.
